Empire Accounting Solutions : Company Background

We are a specialized consulting firm that has been providing accounting and financial management services to assist small and mid-sized businesses since 1988. Our primary markets include entrepreneurial firms, the hospitality industry and nonprofit organizations.

Diane Muccigrosso is Principal of Empire Accounting Solutions. She has spent over twenty years in the hospitality, nonprofit and entrepreneurial sectors. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University and an MBA from the State University of New York at Albany. Diane completed the management-training program offered by Marriott and worked as an assistant controller for Holiday Inn and as a controller for Fairmont Hotels.

In addition, Diane has consulted to a number of nonprofit and entrepreneurial organizations over the last decade, partnering with other consultants and support staff.

Over the last eleven years, Empire Accounting Solutions has provided accounting and financial management consulting to a variety of organizations with an array of challenges and opportunities, helping them to achieve their goals. We are able to use our past experiences and knowledge to advise clients by using a combination of analytical skills and operational review to tailor specific solutions for each situation.
